Covid-19 Update

Hello Friends and O.N.S Family

Due to a recent stay-at-home mandate in the State of New York to protect the safety of our community and our staff, and help prevent the spread of Covid-19, there will be a delay in fulfillment and shipping for our online orders. 

We are unable to accept returns at this moment. We will resume processing returns starting April 30. This affects any purchases made after March 16.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow guidelines as recommended by the CDC to determine the next steps. 

Rest assured we're taking all the proper sanitary and safety precautions to prepare your order, and make sure you receive it the soonest possible within the current safety procedures.

Our top priority is to protect the welfare of our staff and everyone in our community.  We really appreciate your patience during these times, and we thank you for supporting small businesses like us.
